The fraternal revolution

 In the big human family, whose father is God, our Lord wants charity to equal different situations and conditions, and balance be restored with spirit of justice. The luckiest must put himself at the service of those who had a worse luck.

The differences between men no longer have to be a cause of division but rather become an instrument of approach. It will no longer be those in lower position that strive to make more afortunate ones fall, as was de case in  the egalitarian revolution. In the fraternal revolution, the rich, giving up any pride, will use their superiority to raise the smallest. Between egalitarianism that encourages class struggle from below, and despotism, that causes class struggles from above (and these are no less fierce than those), only humility  can equally bind men, who are the children of God  all alike .


   En la gran família humana, el pare de la qual és Déu, Nostre Senyor vol que la caritat iguali les diferents situacions i condicions, i que es restableixi l'equilibri amb esperit equitatiu. El més afortunat ha de posar-se al servei del qui ha tingut pitjor sort.

Les diferències entre els homes ja no han de ser motiu de divisió, sinó convertir-se en instrument d'apropament. Ja no serà l'inferior qui rebaixi al superior per ocupar el seu lloc, com en la revolució igualitària. En la revolució fraterna, el major, renunciant a qualsevol tipus d'orgull, usa de la seva superioritat per elevar al més petit. Entre l'igualitarisme que fomenta la lluitat de classes des de baix i el despotisme que acreix les lluites de classe des de dalt (i aquestes no són menys ferotges que aquelles), l'humilitat és la única que pot unir equitativament als homes, tots fills de Déu per igual.
