The fruits of a christian

 Jesus explains what are the signs to tell whether a Christian advances in fidelity to the Gospel "Every tree - he said - is recognized by its fruits: figs or grapes are not taken from a thorny bush. This sentence doesn't  refer to the quality of the fruit, but only to the tree species. There are  figs more or less juicy and grapes more ore less sweet. But that's another matter. Whatever the case,  figs can only be taken from the branches of a fig and grapes from a vine in a vineyard.

The same way,  Jesus said, a Christian is known by his fruits. "A good person takes his goodness out of the precious treasure of his heart, and who isn't, removes the evil ou of his corrupted soul. In each of them, the mouth speaks of the abundance of the heart .


  Jesús explica quines son les senyals per distingir si un cristià avança en fidelitat a l'Evangeli  "Cada arbre - deia - es reconeix pels seus fruits: no s'abasten figues ni raïm d'un esbarzer. La sentència de Jesús no es refereix pas a la qualitat del fruit, sinó únicament a l'espècie d'arbre. Hi ha figues més o menys sucoses i raïm més o menys dolç. Però això és una altra qüestió. En tot cas, no s'agafen figues si no és en les branques de la figuera,  i el raïm en el cep d'una vinya.

Així mateix, doncs, Jesús declara que un cristià es coneix pels seus fruits. " Qui és bo treu el bé del preuat tresor del seu cor; el qui no ho és, per contra, treu el mal del seu fons corromput. En cadascú, de l'abundància del seu cor parla la boca.
