As the vine branch

 "Stay with me and I will stay with you. As the branch can not bear fruit without being attached to the vine, neither can you unless you are attached to me"

Many people are mistaken thinking that Christianity is only a very high human morality. Christianity is, above all, a life, the very life of Christ that seizes ours, transforms it and elevates it(...)

Our human nature can be transformed by Jesus Christ, as He himself, becoming a man has created a new type of humanity. But this new man that He has done with perfection, lives in each of those who believe in Him. So our Lord becomes  the friend of all our days, the light that illuminates our minds, the friend who purifies our affections, the assistance that strengthens our will, and the inexhaustible source of charity that sanctifies us.

Molts s'equivoquen pensant que el cristianisme és només una moral humana molt elevada. El cristianisme és, sobretot, una vida, la vida mateixa de Jesucrist que s'apodera de la nostra, l'eleva i la transforma(...)

La nostra naturalesa humana pot se transformada per Jesucrist, ja que Ell mateix, fent-se home ha creat un nou tipus d'humanitat. Però aquest home nou que Ell ha realitzat a la perfecció, el reprodueix en cadascú dels que creuen en Ell.  Així doncs, Nostre Senyor es converteix en company de totes les nostres jornades, en la llum que il·lumina les nostres consciències, en l'amic que purifica els nostres afectes, en l'auxili que enforteix la nostra voluntat, i en la inextingible font de caritat que ens santifica.
