Two sources of life

 The Gospel enlightens us, the Eucharist strengthens us; Scripture teaches us the commandments of the Lord, The Holy Communion helps us to observe them. The Gospel is Jesus before our spirit; In the altar, Jesus joins our will. Jesus before us, within us. Here you go : the secret of a Christian life.

With equal fervor, let us strive toward these two sources of life, the Gospel and the altar.

 L'Evangeli ens il·lumina, l'Eucaristia ens enforteix; l'Escriptura ens fa conèixer els manaments del Senyor, la Santa Comunió ens ajuda a observar-los. L'Evangeli, és Jesús davant el nostre esperit; per l'altar, Jesús s'uneix a la nostra voluntat. Jesús davant nosaltres, dins de nosaltres: Heus-aquí el secret d'una vida cristiana.

Amb igual fervor, afanyem-nos vers aquestes dues fonts de vida, l'Evangeli i l'altar.
