We have acquired a taste for beauty through contact with artists and their artwork, just as the craftsman or the scholar have communicated us the desire to produce. All of them have created a need for us, which we would have ignored without them. ¿ Is it not true that each of us dues to the personal influence of a Christian we could name, the fact that one day we took Christianity seriously?

Our world is in need of Jesus Christ: it suffers the ignorance of his doctrine and that of his presence. The world searches and awaits him, but not knowing it, uses other names. Peoples yearn for peace, the unfortunate claim justice, spirits fight seeking the truth, and all hearts yearn for happiness. But all the world expects only Jesus can give. Those who believe in Him have made the experience. He is the remedy for all our sufferings, the key to all our problems. Humanity would find in him the means to live in peace and to practice the justice.
El nostre món té necessitat de Jesucrist: pateix el desconeixement de la seva doctrina i la ignorància de la seva presència; el busca i l'espera amb altres noms. Els pobles suspiren per la pau, els desgraciats reclamen justicia, els esperits es barallen buscant la veritat, els cors anhelen la felicitat. Però, tot això que el món espera, només Jesús ho pot donar. Els que creuen en Ell n'han fet l'experiència. Ell és el remei per a tots els nostres patiments, la clau per a tots els nostres problemes. La humanitat trobaria en ell el mitjà de viure en pau i de practicar la justicia.

It will not be your research or your reflections which will give more certainty to the Gospel, or will prove its truth: The Gospel is the Truth in itself, and this could be revealed to anyone at any time. They are not granted the miracle.
Let us accept that God counts on time, and that his pacience is far beyond our impatience.
No serà pas la vostra recerca, ni les vostres reflexions les que provaran amb més certesa la Veritat de l'Evangeli: La Veritat de l'Evangeli ho és per ella mateixa, i aquesta veritat podria mostrar-se en un moment a qualsevol. Alguns, de fet, pensen que hauria de ser així, i es sorprenen que Déu deixi un incrèdol de bona fe romandre en els seus dubtes durant anys, fins i tot quan compta amb el suport de la pregària dels seus sers estimats demanant la seva conversió. El miracle que desitgen no els és concedit.
